I have just seen Evolution Of Dance, and there were only two songs in there that Steven uses, and the dances to it were different from Steven's;
For something to be a "clear rip" there has to be way more similarity than this.
On top of that, Evolution wasn't so much a routine, it was clips of dances edited together.
It may have been an inspiration, or maybe even a pure coincidence.
And I'm not sure what you mean by "seeming" talented, did you see his act for the grand finale?

I love how the description of this video calls his dance routine 'unique'. This is clearly a rip from the Evolution of Dance. It's quite stunning how someone can take such an easily overcome handicapped, age in this case, and use it to their advantage to make it seem as if they are talented. However I understand that the judges may not have seen where he stole this dance idea from and were thus impressed although he still cannot compare to the original.
