Cammy's low tier is misleading. If you know how to play Cammy, she can be very deadly. The advantage of using Cammy though is that she has little representation in high level play, so many players do not know how to counter her if played right. "Played right" is the key word, learning curve with her is pretty high.

I find that the English voice actor for Cammy is better than the Japanese voice actor. Only when she is yelling out her special moves though.
