The clip is from one of these movies "Analyze This" (1999) or "Analyze That" (2002). I think it's Analyze That, because in this one De Niro has to go out and find a regular job. He's a former mobster. Both movies are with Billy Christal (his psychologist) and very funny. Definately worth seeing.
