One of my favorite exercises for my hamstrings. I do them after my heavy high rep squats. 3 Sets with 6-12 Reps. This was my second set. 115kg for 10 reps.

  • @franciscofco glutes, hamstrings, calves, lower back. emphasis on the first two.
