all I have to say, the look on that guy's face when he won.......holy shit!! you cannot fake that if you tried.
-
actually, you know what -- I also said, "Places in the province," which a city would qualify -- so, yes, the operative word was Canada. And who cares if he said NORTH or SOUHTH -- I was supposed to say Penguin. It was fun. It was 23 years ago. I'm in my 50s now, and hawker7886 -- fuck you, asshole. :)

@rawdog42 Actually, Banff IS a town. It is also a national park.

CITIES in Canada: Ontario. A bird up NORTH: A penguin.
Well, shucks !!!
-
@TheHollywoodBeatGuy Right on man! You give it right back to 'em! Great job many years ago!

wouldnt you be stund if you won 100 grand i would
-
@bobbymoya Oh, absolutely... You kinda get to... really delve into the players' minds, somewhat.
-
"I'm a bird up north and it's cold here." Penguin, ololololo. I would have said albatross. >_>

All those arguing about North/Ontario etc are in the dark about the rules. Contestants are asked to provide a list. The items listed can't be too descriptive and they can't list synonyms or associative terms. So, for "things that jiggle" for instance, "Santa's jolly belly" is OK but "Santa's shaking belly" or "Santa's belly when he laughs" isn't. If those parameters are being followed, accuracy is not a requirement. Innaccuracy (ie "Barbara Eden" for "Famous Redheads") is its own punishment.

These games are interesting in the way they can reveal a lot about the participant's psyche. the celebrity's obsessions: jockstraps, lovehandles, hair.
