It is the same in Liverpool, where a Barrister grabbed the refusal of care order from the mother, because all parties had destroyed the paper proof of what the high court ordered.

The Barrister shouted- this is our KANGAROO COURT and we do what we want.

@NakedAlena No, it's ok, and your comment made me smile, I wish I could have given all those bullies in the secret family courts the big slap that they richly deserved, how wonderful it would be if it were like in the John Wayne films, but sadly lifes not like that.
