  • @pisymph you say "I did not copyright pi, just this particular melodic expression of it." So how similar was Michael Blake's version?

  • @CornFlu Not only is the melody identical, but there are several other strikingly similar aspects.

  • as much as I dislike the whole pi suing situation, I have to admit I think this piece is quite cool

  • @bt370 Thanks, I am only trying to protect my work of many years. I did not copyright pi, just this particular melodic expression of it.

  • yes this is a very cool version indeed !

  • yes this is a very coll version indeed !

  • @pisymph maybe these similarities are a result of pi simply being a series of numbers with no music-theoretic relevance. In order to make the first nine digits "make musical sense" you would need to somehow squeeze them into a two or four bar phrase and use the last two as a half cadence.

  • The girl playing the sax is hot

  • @BakersGonnaBake Sometimes I can be.

  • @pisymph You sir, are like pi. Irrational

  • @bearunderground I will always be vastly outnumbered by the likes of you.

  • Pi there is no other way to express it
