i start off like 10 ft away on 1 knee and throw like 15 throwsw like that then get up throw without moving your feet then moving feet then stretcfh the distance then after a while maybe 160ft longtoss

I don't like to post negative comments but I strongly feel that if you are going to post an instructional video here that young ball players will watch, then you need to show them the correct way. By not giving your partner a target(the right hand shoulder for righties and left for lefties), you are just perpetuating bad habits that another coach has to break the player of.
