The Bulldogs found themselves down with little time left once again, and once again found a way to pull off the comeback with a 2-minute drive lead by quarterback Matt Wyatt, and the game winning field goal by Scott Westerfield.

  • I'm a kentucky fan. I remember watching this game. Still makes me sick to my stomach the way it ended. Hal Mumme's defenses were always atrocious.

  • Wyatt played arena football, in Mississippi for a few years if I'm not mistaken

  • Thanks for posting this! I've been looking all over for it. One of the great comebacks during the 1999 season of comebacks for the Bulldogs. Westerfield was clutch!
