Going through things like CR help you to get over things that happened in the past but also to be more aware of what may be happening right now in the present that may not seem like much now but may affect you later on. Just a thought I had while listening to you. :) Love you. <3

I swear that about 98% of my problems today have to do with things that happened between the ages of 6-18 (mainly 3rd & 4th grade).
I'm so glad you are having such a positive experience with CR. Maybe I'll do it one of these days or at least get the book. This past week I have been reading the Bible like crazy & it has been amazing! It is hard to put into words, but something is happening. :D

Seriously - it's like we are taught who we are by our peers and people when we're ten! But yes, definately been seeing how all this ties into bunches of poop i deal with today.
I totally understand about God moving in you - it's hard to explain and hard to show people right away. That's another reason I waited so long to do this - afraid my non weight loss would invalidate what i'm doing. So just trying to convey it with words until it shows up on my body!
