honestly u are very beautiful
-
@psford1 they like foreigners but they don't want you guys taking over
they already see what immigration is doing to europe and america
-
@sparkledust7788 That is so sad :( I've never heard of anything like that happening, where in Japan are you living? Did you talk to the police about it? America perpetuates a lot of negative stereotypes about black people, and since they are the most visible people will people believe them, especially in very culturally isolated places. Also, a lot of countries are very culturally insecure, and will get antsy if a lot of foreigners start to move into their country.

@gearofwar113 I'm not Japanese, but please don't say "jap"

@toweronepower very wrong, I'm American and my daughter's dad is Japanese...as long as one of the parents is Japanese and they are married before the child is born, then the child gets citizenship. If the mother is foreign and the father Japanese, but not married, as long as the child is acknowledged by the father before the birth of the child and all the paperwork is filed, the child gets citizenship (which was my case).

Today I was assaulted by a Japanese man. I was scared. He was anold man and he started screaming in my face in the store. The manager of the store came out and started screaming at him, but he just started pointing and screaming at me for no reason. I had no idea what was happening. Two days ago another Japanese man spit at me and my friends like 5 times.That very same day another man was walking all over me and trying to touch me.I must say, I am very dissapointed living here now.

youre beautiful.
So example, if you are from a country (let say, D.R).Then you come to...let say..the U.S.A and become a citizen. But, then you want to go to Japan, to live,work and have your life there. Would Japan give you the right or the citizenship?
Thank you!

You would still have to give up citizenship from any other country. The better option for most people who want to stay in Japan for a long term would be to get permanent residence. Then you can stay as long as you want as a citizen of your native country, but would not get all the social and political rights that Japanese citizens get. Also, you have to have a legitimate reason to be in Japan for a long time. Working or marrying a Japanese national, for example.

Japan will let you live there but they will NEVER let you become a citizen, not even your kids would be allowed to become citizens even if they had a jap dad and were born in Japan. Sorry but its all true, Japan is deeply afaid of their genetic makeup and cultural identity being changed. Its true reasearch thier laws on this matter.

You are incorrect. Kids with one parent who is Japanese have Japanese citizenship. You can also become a Japanese citizen through naturalization. However, you have to renounce citizenship of any other country as Japan does not allow dual citizenship. For more info, google "Ministry of Justice Nationality Law Japan" Please do your research and cite your sources before propagating false information.

Unfortunately this video is too quiet for me to hear with the speakers I have set up but the comments seemed interesting. I was just in Japan in May doing a study abroad and it was an amazing experience. It was by FAR the best thing I've ever done and the most fun I've ever had. Im black and I felt no racism at all. Japanese love foreigners (gaijin) and especially Americans (in my experiences and the places I went). Japan is a great place and I will be back

@psford1
I felt that way after my study abroad experience too. Glad to hear it :)
