The Civil Rights Act of 1866 granted U.S. citizenship to all persons born in the United States, as long as those persons were not subject to a foreign power. just saying, The point where he tries to make the officer feel inferior about being an american and asking what flag they came with is irrelevant. She claimed to be American which would mean she was born on American Soil without being under any foreign power. Not everything you see or hear is true. You must do research for yourselves.

He proclaims early in he video that he is a "Moor". That is a member of the Moors Nation movement who believe that they are not answerable to any law other than the US Constitution. No local or state laws. They are a black seperatist movement loosely connected by past affiliation with the Nation of Islam.

I have no isea what took place prior to the beginning of this video, nor do any of you. Therefore I will not comment on it. Many of you should think about adopting that policy.

What I'm saying is this: even if the content of what you're saying is 100 percent dead-on right, you can't be behaving like him because people will just see it and dismiss you as a nut. I didn't make up that rule--it's just human nature. People see you acting wild and frantic, shaky voice, talking fast---they roll their eyes and keep moving.

@pinklipsarepretty they are not answering him, they dont tell him why his child was picked up. he hasnt breached the peace at all, but ends up in the back of a cop car for no reason. Im sure if your were a parent you would be as upset. ALSO he actually uses his rights and an impressive knowledge base of the law to aid him. the cops were speechless which shows their worth. Meltdowns are people spewing out rights and laws they dont even understand. he obviously knows his shit like a lawyer.

@pinklipsarepretty he clearly states that they ARE NOT telling him why they picked up his child and says that they are not answering to him as police officers should with him being the kids parent and all. To NOT identify themselves he was right to say they kidnapped his kid. I would be upset as well. you could ask that question but if they dont answer, whats next?
