I think the music is what makes this entire video. Most people see John Mayer as some famous pop singer but his music is so much more than that. Even in this he proves that he can create ambient piano music with ease. I just think it's amazing how wide his musical range is

This whole video to me is a masterpiece, especially the music! it leaves me with such a beautiful and peaceful feeling! Anytime i need to write and im too stressed i put this on and it clears the traffic in my mind.

I think it's impossible to be an artist (music, photography, film...) and not appreciate John's work. Sure people can argue day and night whether his voice is what they wanna hear or whether or not his "pop" era could be considered "selling out". At the end of the day, this guy takes what's in his heart and head and puts em down for the world to see and hear... I don't know how much true you can be to your art than that. I know that's what I aspire to be.

Watching this video today during the aftermath of the earthquake/tsunami devastation in Japan makes me so sad...all the beauty and serenity that JM captured in video in the country so beloved to him...will it ever be the same? JM must be heartbroken.
