Necrosis from Spirit mastery greatly boosts your life leech, or rather damage-converted-to-health in this case.

No doubt, you need to invest alot of attributes in strength to equip that helm.. consider, investing attributes in health instead of strength.

You lifesteal so much hp from your insane dmg, (it seems a waste l/sing 5k on a hit, when you only have 3k hp) Get yourself some rings of ~immortality (+life, +%life).
