If you're THAT irritated by a COCKATIEL making its USUAL noises (it's not even screaming), then you should NOT own a bird. It's daytime. Is there a reason he/she is covered up? The poor thing probably is just starved for the attention he/she doesn't get. They NEED human interaction. Cockatiels should be handled out of the cage for at least an hour EVERY DAY. If that sounds too much, then find someone who will actually take good care of him/her. Now you have me worried about his/her cage, diet...

@dennalilly OH MY GOD, it's a joke calm down. We actually gave him to someone who can take better care of him and she spoils him like crazy. She lets him out all the time and they have snacks together and all that. It's cute. Anyway...calm down. He was fine at my house and he's fine now. I'm an animal lover. ;)
