1992 All Star Game Starting Line-up!!

the starting line ups for the 92' mlb all star game in San Diego.

i just love looking back and seeing how the game has changed.

players with different teams, teams no longer here, players no longer alive.

what legends, Cal, Ozzie, Ryne, Kirby, just to name a few. those guys had class, all great ambassadors of the game.

look how much SMALLER Bonds and McGwire were

this was before the big steroid era, before one of the greatest periods in baseball history was proven to be a fraud.

hard to believe it was nearly twenty years ago. my how things have changed in such a short time, the first Bush was president and i was only 19, lol

@LonelyVagabond I think this was the 1st time Robbie Alomar & Joe Carter returned to San Diego since that trade in December 1990.

The Jays went on to win the World Series in 1992...ah, good times :-)

@TheSeattlehawk94 Yeah, that's what is good about the ASG, whether your team is winning or losing, you get to see at least one or two guys on your team play in the ASG, always liked that :-)
