I remember when "The Wrestler" magazine did a story on Hart's Blue Blazer. It was titled, "Is the Blue Blazer the Mil Mascaras of the 1990's". It came out in 1988 and it looked to boost Hart's character. The WWF just turned him into a jobber. When he was "The Rocket", in 1992, I'm surprised they didn't make him a jobber again.
