This sauce can be added to Pork, Chicken, Beef, and just about anything else you can come up with. Recipe posted below.

Bubba-Q Sauce Recipe

Bubba-Q Sauce

2 Cups Ketchup
1/2 Cup White vinegar
1/2 Cup Molasses
1 Tsp Seasoning Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Teaspoon Chili powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Hot sauce
1/2 Cup Brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Mace
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 Tsp White or Black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium pot.
Slowly bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and place in a container with a very tight seal.
Enjoy.

  • This is a great sauce!!! I forgot the cinamon and didn't have mace or cumin but it still turned out great. To make a more Carolina style sauce would you add more vinegar? Howabout some liquid smoke in here as well?

  • @34muggsy34 Carolina Sauce is more vinegar and peppers, will do a video for you. Sure, add liquid smoke if u want to! Thanks for watching!

  • such a fresh bread. i love fresh bread anyway; with BBQ sauce, with my love NUTELLA, with tomate sauce, with cheese, with anything it can't be bad if it's fresh and white. there is no possibility for that.
