  • @garukun I believe the newscaster screwed up. It was one half of ONE PERCENT of all calls to AppleCare were antennae related. Newscasters tend to hear what they want to hear.

  • @ garukun. Ahhhh. Maybe u should actually read what was said. Jobs said 0.55.calls are about this. And by my count to the claimed 3mill sold that only 16,500 calls about this. Not 50.%. Its 0.55%

  • Only one half of calls to customer service are related to antenna issues? That's 50%. That's a significant amount of people calling customer service. Come Steve, admit you blew it.
