You have never seen such a bad hack. I used DroidEx in conjunction with Debian Lenny's recordmydesktop. It is a bad, bad emergency solution. More like a proof of concept, only that this is no concept. It's the possibility of data flowing vaguely the way I want.

Anyhow, it's boring to boot, showing of Open Home's Bleach and System Force skins.

  • It's because it's version one of a very baaad hack.

    Plus, the Debug protocol of Android isn't really up to video capturing. ;) Some people say you should get 6 fps through this interface.

    My phone is heavily loaded with apps, messages and contacts, so it's probably even slower than your average device.

    If I find the time, I might try to improve on the performace. If possible, that would be cool.

  • @theoriginalfatdonkey doesn't your Galaxy S have a TVOut anyway? by RCA Cable to 3.55mm? The Galaxy S Fascinate does, so maybe yours doesn't but ... just check to make sure.
