ICO - waterfall, how to time the jump

I took me forever to jump to the ledge but I finally found the hint indicater, if you look on the wooded "catapult" you will see a small scratch on the bottom, jump right when that peice is completely submerged into the ground

Ya the water wheel can be really trricky although I found this the hardest in the whole game :p haha but yes I unlocked the secret weapon, I won't be making a video showing how to unlock because there plenty more high quality videos showing you how.

Yeah you have to jump at the right timing for this to work. What's really killing me is the water wheel. I already beat this game, but I'm still having a hard time with this water wheel. Have you obtained the secret weapon on this area?
