Keep your arms strong. Don't make it too floppy. And before you even start make sure yours arms at at 90 degree and keep your taco!!! Meaning.. When you do drop spins, don't let your hand be wide open..keep it in the shape of a taco. Keep it up!! You can do it!! :)

when u toss u should say out catch if ur doing a double if ur doing a tripple say out out catch and if ur doing a quad say out out out catch and etc. it helps alot it helped me wit sabre

some tips :): dont stare at ur rifle while doing dropspins, u will start leaning toward the side. spread ur hands on the catch it makes life easier. dont release so high, so flick ur wrist faster to make the tosses lower. watch ur free arms. release straight up not to the side. stand in first postion (heels together toes apart). i hope my tips were helpful even tho im in 8th grade ive been in guard for awhile. this was pretty good tho for someone who isnt on weapon line. keep practing :)

ur singles area wiiii bit high the bolt should rotate around your chin. make sure to remember your free hands, stand up straight and release straight up not out. keep your wrist straight and the rifle won't spin around or spinet the 45..make sure of your hand placement when you catch..im a rifle captain so i hope my constructive criticism helps you out.. even though I'm only 14..make sure to act mature if i might say...

practice makes perfect...but i do agree with some of the comments. Camera girl...you need to sound mature. NO ONE LIKES AN ANNOYING 3 YEAR OLD ON A COLORGUARD SQUAD. Don't "whip" your wrist. that is what makes the rifle go EVERYWHERE.
