i think practicing on a trampoline might help with the hand speed part. muscle memory and maybe if someone had large enough hands too.

@ryanrayonec dude... they have dun the fundaments. is calld a 360 eastbay dunk!!! plus it harder to do just a double eastbay without the 360 because switch hands is harder.
