This 3D medical animation of the heart shows a coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) procedure used to combat coronary artery disease. Beginning with a midline sternal incision, the heart is connected to a perfusion machine which will take over the duties of the heart while the surgery takes place. Two different grafts are used to bypass the blocked coronary arteries: the internal thoracic artery from inside the chest wall, and the saphenous vein from the leg. After the procedure, the heart is shocked to restart its beating. A drainage tube is left at the incision site to drain away excess fluid. The animation continues to show two other types of approaches to a coronary artery bypass graft, off-pump bypass surgery and minimally invasive bypass surgery.

This is similar to the procedure performed on former president Bill Clinton and California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I had this at the same they replaced a Mitrol valve, they did this as well... After 4 months, I had to get a TEE a Camera tube that I wsallowed to take photos of my heart, they found a blood clot and eventually i had a right ceribrial stroke... I was paralyzed on the left side, PRAISE GOD IN JESUS, I am progressed to walking again and still a little slower on my left but came fsr.... thank you JESUS AMEN

Well that's simple... if "God" was so perfect, "He" would have simply made the Earth as big as Jupiter to support 7 billion plus people, because "He" would know that mankind would expand that size, in "His" infinite wisdom. Or easier still, "He" simply could have made the Earth 2/3rds land, 1/3rd water instead of the way it is now.. more land for people, we don't need all this sea water. Diseases, germs, bacteria, viruses are just evolution too.. immunity fights them, as does science. Not "God".

understand. We just recently exceeded 7 billion people on our planet since 2012. If disease did not exist we would easily be in the tens and hundreds of billions! Can ya say chaos??? Anyhow just my opinion.....I can see your point though and I would love to hear more about your thoughts :)

My micro-biology professor explained it best in lecture one day. He said that disease and infection is god's way of controlling the population rate. This made sense in so many ways for me. Can you imagine a world without disease? If you could only imagine how uncontrolled and overpopulated our planet would be? I can only imagine the complete disaster our planet would be with so many people. In a very complex way, it is a good thing we actually have disease. You have to consider population to....

If "the Lord" made it possible for doctors, why did "He" bother giving the patient heart disease in the first place.. why make someone suffer the condition and surgery? Only a cruel "God" would do that. Who, that is normal, puts someone's life at grave risk then fixes them? No.. there was no "Lord" here, just natural ailments being challenged by medical science. Why would "God" save millions of random people in surgery, but not his own mad son? Hmm.. people interpret religion in fraudulent ways.

What does jesus have to do with a stroke recovery? What about the people who didn't recover from strokes? Why did jesus not help them?
