Thursday March 20th 2008 - A Calgary Nightclub called Snatch Rock & Roll Lounge put a Live Tiger on stage. A Nightclub is way too loud for any animal & would cause stress. A Wild Animal should not have been put in this situation. The Event coordinator explains that Robbie the Tiger was born to perform - which is what people tell people so it doesn't sound like exploitation. An animal is born to LIVE & be what it is - in this case a TIGER. A few people from the Calgary Animal Rights Meetup Group stood outside in Protest. This is the GLOBAL NEWS video.

  • fucking paki cunt

  • This is sad. Poor tiger has been cooped up in a crowded circus with flashing lights, shouting, etc. He should be in Africa or Asia running free like his wild ancestors :/

  • Elephants are hit with steel--tipped bullhooks by trainers.Zebras tigers, lions, and other exotic animals . Elephants, bears, and other animals are often confined to deplorable, cramped conditions that have no resemblance to their natural environment.

End the abuse neglect and disrespect that these animals suffer people can watch silly tricks. Ban Circus coming to your town so these animals can be treated with the compassion they deserve.
