I can attest that the only culture in public (Government Education Camps for Minors) schools is drug culture. The education is puerile and ideologically contaminated from varieties of sources, and often taught by lazy, amotivated failures. These kids live for the sweet relief of the weekend and the hope of getting piss drunk and/or laid; at the same time most are hopelessly tied to institutions' support in one way or another and have all sparks of individualism and responsibility shot to hel
