We try a proof-of-design experiment we call "sanding". Its a cross between dry land dredging and hydraulicing. It was very successful and 28% of the gold was minus 100 mesh. We're now looking for commercial operators that want to experiment to see about improving fine gold recovery.

  • Red sands are garnet rich sands. Please show your wash out and results when you post this stuff, just because it look interesting doesn't mean it will work. best regards

  • I'm looking for a job, work in Oregon is terribleand the mining has been tough. I hate to sell my equiptment. Good luck and stay safe....

  • @deauzie I'm guessing diamonds in the sluice expanded metal pattern

  • Very nice! gave me lots of ideas. I wish I could see the results

  • would you comment on RED SAND ? what is that,a indcation of gold bearing sand or what ?

  • Very nice, but hardly knew.

It's called hydraulicing, very cute on a small scale. Illegal on a large scale.

It is also illegal not to show yuor cleanup!!

    overall.....good job.

  • what about diamonds

  • ...and the results?

  • P&S I REALLY loved this technique and vid, but it seems immoral not to show us the cleanup!

    Thanks,
