The GBA version sucks in comparison to the Saturn version, though. No offense, it's still good, but it's really a disappointment after playing the original.

nothing is better than guardian heroes in terms of beat em up. even nowadays. ... man i miss it so much. when i heard bout a gba version, i thought it was the same but was actually a different story. then i didnt even wanna look at it... greatest game ever made

actually the gba game is a continuation I like to call "how to kill any chances of another sequal" the gameplay is ok, but the storyline... good god... judging by your post you would find it depressing

Yep but jap version only x.x it's one of the reasons I consider this game what could have been the final fantasy of beat em ups if it had a little better direction x.x
