Strike Fighters 2 Vietnam MiG-21 Combat

In the old Southeast, two forces collided. Both sides knew the place wasn't big enough for the both of them. They tango'd and dueled. They fought to bring vengance on one another.

In this mission a flight of NVAF MiG-21F takes off to intercept a massive US 'alpha strike'. I shoot at a couple and bring one down. 3 of my own are destroyed. I eject and get rescued.

@DubstepAV8R No you can't. The game isn't a click fest. In fact, there is nothing to click. It's just a light sim, but sometimes it protrays certain aspects of aerial combat well....sometimes.

"great socialist republic" HA thats a laugh, try communistic and poor. Im not a fan of the US and vietnam but really the only thing that saved the NVA was guerilla warfare, had we the tactics we have today, that would have been a 10 day campaign. And trytelling that propoganda to the people of south vietnam who were forced into communism. there arent good graphics in the game but the world of warplains is a very good game and its got very good graphics

It starts out saying it's Auguest of 66, well in the summer of 67 the NVAF only had 16 Mig-21's and they never dog-fighted. They would make a run on USAF planes and hit them or not bug out. Almost all the dogfighting even in the 70's was with Mig 17's.
