This is a great book. I love this youtube video, too, and the next one. Watch the video, read the book! I read it in manuscript and can't wait to sit down with again and savor all the poems and the story. It is a page turner, so you will want to read it once quickly, and then go back and read it slowly, and marvel at Pat's language.

This is an amazing book! It's a quick read, but take your time because the main character's journey and struggles are worth savoring. And so are Pat Brisson's tender, finely crafted poems.
