AT&T, the nation's second largest wireless provider, has just announced that they will acquire T-Mobile USA from parent company Deutsche Telekom.

Yup. AT&T is buying out T-mobil for $39 billion -- $25 billion in cash.... It is not immediate, it is a merger that will take about 12 months, but really AT&T?? you had $39 billion just laying around and you wouldnt build more fucking cell phone towers?!

AT&T is a horrible company, they dont care about there customers, only care about filling there wallets with money. i bought a phone and had unlimited text messaging and they didnt put it on my plan and charged me for 3 months. fuck AT&T

I'm a T-Mobile Customer and I Hate It! The Only Reason Why I Have It Is Because I'm On My Moms Plan.. If I Had a Choice I Would of Chosen Verizon. But I'm Happy That AT&T is Buying T-Mobile Because Obviously AT&T is Better Than T-Mobile..

@Fordexpo3 I agree, I needed to replace a sim card and asked if it would cost me anything. She said in such a wonderful tone, "Uh... yeah........" as if I were an idiot. It didn't. Wonderful network!
