Experiment: Doctor Who Time Tunnel v4

While using the same colours as v3.1, this version of the time tunnel uses a different approach to the points that control where it goes, and it's loopable.

The frames of the tunnel itself actually repeat once during the course of the animation as a whole. Also, quite by chance, they run at a good speed for the new theme music.

Hmmph. I can't say I'm very impressed with the results of the video conversion process. That white flash is present again and the actual frames look overly-compressed. I see my stars outside the tunnel have practically vanished - again.
