When did trickle down become anything but a poor analogy for a cutting taxes. Money trickles up not down from investment and spending. I feel bad for this man. The fact that he can not see that pumping an asset bubble transfers money from the middle class to the poor. Real wages after WW2 went up for many reasons. Being the worlds largest oil producer, becoming the world $, having an industrial monopoly etc. Once these advantages went away the realities of that economic model were apparent.
