This one took quite awhile...
The requirements for this training spot is the quest spirit of summer.
For this spot I would suggest having atleast 60+ in all melee skills, they really dont hit that hard.
You must take jennica's ring from the quest and a lockpick with you. Ignore the chests in the room they only give a few gp and if you try to open them they can poison you.
EDIT: I now realize that the equipment and the inventory page go by pretty quick I'm sorry for this, just pause it if you need to read it more closely. Also the last thing on the equipment page is Jennica's Ring, and the last thing on the inventory page was 5-10 food.
The experience per hour rate is roughly 50k-75k.

  • Lol, you claim to get 100k exp per hour, well that's complete bull shit. You kill 6 per minute in this video, which is 1040 exp a minute. So, you get 62k an hour. A good training spot, yes, but definetely not worth doing all the quests to get to. Just do Earth/Ice warriors, and get 5k less exp an hour, and a lot better drops? Oh well, it's your way of training i guess.

  • ok but can u use salve ammy on warriors? do warriors consistently drop items worth alching for the extra mage exp? are warriors aggressive?

also i picked up the drops while i was killing these so that slowed down my killing time, if ur rlly just here for the xp youd be faster w/o picking up the drops.

  • Wow, never tried warriors? haha, you're missing out. While picking up a lot more items then you do i only get 5k exp less an hour at warriors. Warriors are much, much more profitable. I usually bring home 300k each trip, which is about 4 hours. So, it's 80k an hour. If i didn't touch drops I would probably get better exp then you do here. Also, alching just wastes time. Idiot.

  • alching is a waste of time?!?! sure leave the steel plate on the ground worth 2k that u can alch in 2 seconds while using a rune that cost 280 while gaining 55 mage exp btw 80k and hour is not good money, u can easily make way more at this spot if u alch all the steel drops (helms legs and plates which are very frequent)

  • how do i get the ring to do the quest?

  • u get the ring from doing the quest

  • This is not a good training method anymore armoured zombies is a better source of training + altar

  • Guys, just wear what gear you like BUT Slave Amulet (E) is worth it. Also just teleport to Edge and go to the lever there.

  • @chowder520pie

I lost mine all the time during summers end :) if u go to spirit of summer quest start portal, don't go through, but right next to it there's rubble of some sort with something brown looking in it. Search it and voilà :)
