Hey you.. YES YOU, follow my advice. I do not want to seem like Subway's Jared, but hell.. Someone's got to convince you to eat healthy. Trust my experience, I've been good looking since 1986. You need some SUBWAY.. No not NYC subway trains I mean the gourmet lunch spot; eat Subway in order to 'eat fresh' during your lunch break at work. More simply staid, you can't refuse this healthy delight! Sliced pinapple treat and 6 inches of Subway delight is a marvalous way to assure that your body remains happy with you. Want to avoid hiccups? Drink Water. Stay away from sugary drinks. They are bad for you. Trust, Respect, Love, John Ali.. Be John Ali

  • I might have to disagree. How many calories are in your favorite 6" sub? Also, The Trans Fat, this alone makes Subway a big steer away if you're really trying to eat healthy.

    Subway if for people who are addicted to fast food, but want to eat slightly healthier.

    You want a good lunch, buy Arnold's Whole Wheat bread (No High Fructose Syrup), no mayo, just slice Turkey Breast and Swiss cheese. Then on the side some Almond's and water.
