  • why is everyone so retarded. always complaining just cos its a 1.3ghx core2duo. if you want a 2 hour battery life, and thick ass laptop, go and get something that costs twice as much with its 2.53ghz processor. just quit complaining

  • Great! This is perfect for what i need! Buying this ASAP! :D

  • @timithebeast good comment, there are to many cheap jacks out there, listen you dudes, you get what you pay for, you dig, message getting through, good.

  • It's the perfect travel netbook. I can hop on a flight from Miami Florida to L.A. California and still have just a little over an hour left of battery life by just doing normal everday task.

  • or you can get the UL20ft which has a core i3.

  • I have ul20a much better except its a celeron dual core. :)

  • I wish Asus would buy Acer or vice versa, they sound too alike.. confuse them all the time...

  • @okerrep Snap! I also use a Compaq Presario with XP!! Thinking of getting the Asus for its battery life!

  • @ATVRider6840 The keyboard is not backlit.

  • Very useful. Thank you very much.

Has anyone tried using it outside? Can you see the screen in the sunlight?

  • @rawimpact ye i do know the price of this.. but if you look, my comment was 5 months ago.. before anyone even heard of the i3 cores my comment was perfectly valid.

even now im correct, cos an i3 with 3 hour battery is aimed at a different market to the ultrathin market..
