Cool that Majel Barrett is in this! Bonking Roddenberry must have had its perks.....

Borrrrrrrrrrrrring. No wonder it never took off. Wake me for the Questor Tapes. I mean wake me when it's over!

Yeah, what's up with that? I recognized the Kolchak theme immediately. So which show was the music originally written for? Questor and Kolchak were both produced in 1974.

The Questor movie was in 1974 and Night Stalker the TV movie in 1971

I love Gil Melle's main title theme here. It really exposes his Jazz roots because it swings like crazy! The eary to mid 70s were a great time for Jazz-influenced film and TV scores. Gil also scored the Six Million Dollar Man pilot movie called "Cyborg".

Where'd Hawkeye go?

not a Dan Curtis production but the same music! hell, I'll settle for that!
Questor was one of the finest sf pilots ever made,a shame that the network never picked it up. Questor did receive a second life of sorts on Star Trek:The Next Generation. Someone proposed reviving the Questor premise by having on board the starship Enterprise an android who sought its humanity & the part of Data was born.
