This is my second tribute video to little Kelsey. In Kelsey's case, the song should be called Let them be big, as Kelsey never got to be.

this is just so sad my heart goes out to her dad children are gifts from god but you never know for how long you get to keep them so make sure you LOVE them and HUG them an HOLD them only a monster could do this or close a blind eye to it one thing her mother is guilty of is not protecting her if she would have done that Kelsey would be here today gone far to young but not forgotten and I will never forget your sad,sad story Angel Kelsey

@birds16ful You forget Emma leigh barker. That eighteen month old was smothered by her mother and the same person tried to lie like Casey did about an alleged kidnapping. In the end, she got sentenced to life in jail though. It was sad because like Kelsey, Emma was so cute! Still is actually because even though they aren't here they are in heaven!!!

Did you read the autopsy report? That poor little baby was bruised from head to toe. Raye could not have missed ALL of them. She is exactly where she needs to be.

yes i just wished they would of stopped fighting, and got along for Kelsey's sake, and you know what they are still fighting even now that she's gone, by fighting were all just hurting ourselfs

I agree. The Briggs are just picking on Raye Dawn because they hated her BEFORE Kelsey even died and want her to suffer, innocent or not. I do have respect for the Briggs, but I do also believe that Raye Dawn was a loving caring and attentive mother and there is no reason why she should be in jail. She sufferes enough knowing that she lost her daughter as did not see the signs of "abuse", a mothers worst suffering is to lose her own child. I think this whole thing has got totally out of hand.
