Moi is afraid of the land policy because it is him who stole land and distributed it to his cronies. He has no right to lecture anyone about democracy & reform, it is he who resisted multi-party politics, land reform in his 24 year dictatorship. I like many kenyans who suffered under his rule remembers very well the torture chambers at Nyayo house, kamiti prision, the deaths & disappearances of anyone that questioned his leadership, not forgetting the billions he & his cronies looted. Please Annan dont listen to Moi, he is genesis of all these problems. where was he when the country burnt before Annan jetted in to solve our country's major crisis. Moi is the cause of all our problems.

I take that back....not everything he says is 'rubbish'. Only I wish he would zip up and chew up his retirement quietly before the likes of Kiraitu misuse him by ridiculing him in public.
