Sugar is massively addictive. And overtime can lead to catestrophic health problems. Sugar kills more people on this earth than any drug.

i think this seems a little extreme and possibly saying raw food/vegan is the way to go. it's okay to eat meat, drink milk, whatever, but try to know where it comes from, buy local. when you try to deny yourself things that your body needs, that's when you get frustrated and give up on eating well all together. everything in moderation, buy organic products from markets, and avoid processed foods, fast foods, dyes, high fructose corn syrup, etc. also, calm down a bit and enjoy exploring new tastes

if you watch the documentary, you'll see they promote natural meats and dairy products rather than steroid and pus filled milk

"You might as well be rolling up the kid's sleeve and putting in heroin, because it's the same." Aw come on, how many kids rob people for candy money?

Idk about you, but if someone got a taste of heroine I think they'd trade all the sugar on earth for it. And then die within 6 months from an overdose. It's like comparing 2 absurdly different things.

Lost all interest in this when she tried to say heroine and sugar are the same.
