Rolex Minute Hand Keeps Time Without Second Hand

4:42 into the video the Rolex watch stops ticking, but really is not stopped. Notice the minute hand continues to move when the second's hand is stopped. This occurs on startup and after it resumes it continues and keeps excellent time. This is repeatable just about every time on startup. What could the issue be? Bad wheel? Second hand slipping?

This issue turned out to be the sweep wheel (seconds) being damaged during service. The wheel’s shaft was bent slightly causing the wheel to be at a slight angle allowing the teeth contact between the contact points to miss slightly. The sweep wheel was replaced.
