this has nothing to do with TACOS AL PASTOR... u did have a nice start though.
This might be a tasty recipe, but this has NOTHING to do with it. Even if they wouldn't tell u .... i mean... CHEESE ?? u'll never see that in an ORIGINAL PASTOR.
U need onion, parsley, rosted tomato, rosted pinapple, and lots more (lemon juice, orange juice...etc)
