Good advice as ever! Passed my test in the UK last year and now ride a 250cc Piaggio X7. Great fun but important to remember the test is only the beginning. Good to hear you're feeling better again. Always look forward to your next vlog. Cheers

I tend to cover my clutch through the gears but rarely cover the front brake unless I see a potential hazard up front approaching.

I was not even able to do a comment on your previous video. It seems to not let me leave a comment or respond to a comment at random times the last two months. Don't know why.

I have seen rather weird formatting of the comments. I don't know what's up with that.
What you said about holding the grips like eggs is a good way to put it. You actually have more control over your bike with a light grip than a death grip. It only takes a small amount of countersteering force to lean from all the way over on one side to all the way over on the other very quickly. A light grip lets you feel what the road is doing under your front wheel.

I've never had anyone ask me about covering the brake or clutch when I ride, there are factors for me personally that determine if I do or slack up on it. Yeah I have the same issues with hands going numb more so with my right hand than left, I can relax my left, but my right it does take a little grip to twist the throttle. I never have checked here in VA, but does Tennessee require a M class on your license for scooters or once the engine size gets up there?

Awesome stuff! I'll check it out.
(And 10 2lt bottle? WOW!)

As far as the stuff on the handlebars, it depends on where I am. If I go eat somewhere, I try to keep an eye on it. So far ( knock on wood ) never had a problem. BTW, thanks for the complement and the well wishes.
Great stuff! Thanks for answering those questions with a video response :) All really good answers and reasons why too.

I know this is unrelated mate, but would you recommend the burgman? Im really interested in getting a scooter for cruising around, i can't just have my sports bike, it's getting on my nerves haha

Your joking right? Oh YES! I would highly recommend a Burgman. Here in the states, they only offer the 400cc or the 650cc ( really 638 but who's counting) I believe in the UK and in Europe, there as small as 125cc. All I can tell you is about the 650 with any first hand knowledge and there GREAT! I can put 10 2 Liters of soda under the seat if that tells you something. Check out my video on my page Intro to my scooter and a look at the controls. That should show you some stuff.

Glad you're doing better...
I had noticed the problem with YouTube comments too. I thought it was just me. LOL
I have always used 2-3 fingers for clutch and brake but during my Basic Rider Class in July the coaches kept yelling at me about not using all 4 fingers. Had to take the course to get my motorcycle endorsement. Before getting the DN01, the last time I drove a motorcycle (except my Ruckus) was 20 years ago and it wasn't required then.
Ride safe,

I thought it was me too! Go figure. I think the NSF course SHOULD be required anywhere to get your MC endorsement. But, that's just me.
