very interesting. mothers need as much help as they can get, but not by the older women as they still belive the old way are best. ive had 4 babies and thank god all were born in hospital and with the use of pain killers :)

I'm curious as to whether these young ladies have also been victims of female genital mutilation (fraudulently touted as female circumcision) and, if so, I wonder how significantly that practice may have contributed to the increase in infant mortality and childbirth complications.
