Dont know about Drake.
After seeing "Inglorious Bastards", I think Brad Pitt could easily pull off Hoffman.
The ONLY reason Shia should EVER be given a role as the Carmines would be so the world could see that douche get splattered all over the screen. I cant think of a decent replacement, but please dont let him fuck up what could be the most epic movie ever made.

honestly i think jeff bridges would be perfect for dizzy. hes an old guy.

Yeah most were good choices, but in my opinion Baird and Dizzy's actors don't suit the role. Not Brad Pitt as Dizzy and not Sam Byrne either, not to sound rasict but the actor would have to be more dark skinned. Just my opinion though.
