Uh no, she was Sailor Jupiter, the one in green. Sailor Moon was cosplayed by Geomie Elman ^_^

Also, this was a Toei Animation Studios-organized event. They allowed us to use their shows' (both BSSM and PGSM) music for as long as they enhanced the presentation. v^_~v
