This is a video I made of the first injection I gave myself of BetaSeron. This is my third injection and the first one I've done myself. I made this video in the hopes that I could help other people who may have been scared to start doing their MS injection treatments because of how intimidating they are. I did this in a single take including all of the explanations and chatting that I did in under 8 minutes. Prepping and the injections themselves probably take less than 3 minutes total.
Please don't make the mistake I did and delay treatment because you're scared of doing injections. I know I regret it and I hope my body can recover from the damage that was done to my brain and spinal cord over the past few years of living in denial.
thank you. I'm still scared. what did the medication do to you? Do you feel better? What is better?

Rachel, I just had my first betaferon injection all by myself (with your help.) The instruction booklet was so difficult to read and understand so I decided to look up information on the internet. I found your video, and was able to do it. Thank you very much. Indeed, it was easy. You made it easy!!! I was diagnosed last year. I'm Mexican. I want to let you know that I'll try to prepare a Spanish version; I just need more experience. Hope you are ok. Thank you for inspiring me!!!

Very well done tutorial! I have used Rebif (ouch!) and Copaxone (hives), and am now considering Betaseron. Thank you for stating that the injection does not sting/hurt. You're very encouraging. I love your tats, too!
