Just a quick question. Are those DiMarzio EVO's he's using with that JEM?....Is it really possible to get such a warm jazzy tone with EVO's? I always thought they were high output.

Very good, tastefully done. Good blend of blues, feeling and emotion and speed.
But I personally enjoyed Patrick's performance better but that's not to take anything away from this.

I see this "soul" in every guitar video on the internet. That's such an objective idea. He feels the music. It's easy enough to see that. Generally people who say things like this are mad because they can't play fast, and immediately attack the player saying that their fast playing eliminates "the soul of the piece." Not true at all.
