The only true obesity intervention is education coupled with action. At some point, the physical training must begin. These are kindergarteners and grade schoolers being taught the fundamentals of fitness.

When children are taught to respect their bodies and are encouraged to eat fruits instead of candy, eat whole grain bread instead of white bread, eat vegetables instead of Ramen Noodles and drink water instead of Kool-Aid, this education follows them throughout their life and reduces the chance of them developing hypo-kinetic, low motion diseases later in life.

We have handed out enough flyers and pamphlets, time for action!
