@801liveable i stand corrected sir, i was perhaps a bit harsh,but for me, after brian eno went,roxy became a different band and fell into the smooth adult coffee table genre,but avalon was also a great album and eno wasnt involved.saw himself on bbc4 recently and he said that avalon was the best thing roxy had ever done.no higher praise.

A great song from 1 of the great if not the greatest progressive album ever produced..Andy Mackay's sax is beyond belief..He's a great sidekick to Bryan Ferry, here..

@CornishCockney ROXY MUSIC, did not evolve into "crap" after ENO, left ..they just weren't as weird..instead they obviously went off into another direction directed by BRYAN FERRY..even without ENO, the music was still inventive and off-beat..i know what you're saying though but i think "crap" is a little harsh..

@ZiggyStardust49 Eno didn't wrote any song for Roxy Music ( not to my knowledge )...Bryan Ferry was the composer, but without Eno the unique "sound" of Roxy went away with him !
